A new way to browse

The Browser Company of NY (BCNY) is a startup focused on developing browsers that streamline tedious tasks and incorporate AI. They've ventured into the mobile market with Arc Search, featuring an AI-driven search that compiles results from several sources that aren't based on top ranking SEO (like Google Search).

At BCNY, I designed and implemented templates and guidelines for member communications, including weekly update emails and visual release notes, streamlining outreach to over 500k Arc Browser users.

Results
Adding scalable processes to build from "word of mouth"

I created a process and template for release notes while sharing them across iOS, macOS, and Windows to over 500k members weekly (drafted, staged, and published). Check out a few samples of visual release notes I shared for v1.58, v1.56 , and v1.59.

I also reviewed and refined templates and macros for their Resource Center AI Chatbot (Archie), as well as collaborated on blog posts and marketing pages. Most notably: the Arc Search landing page and the Arc Search Hidden Features blog post.
